The key to any in house stock management system is a clean, properly setup stocking area(s). We even offer consignment shelving and other storage solutions to assist you in creating an efficient stocking system without laying out tons of capital.
Ignite Distribution will work with you, and your key personnel, to identify the most common moving items in your shop to ensure that day-to-day items are on-hand.
Product selections are made with unit cost as well as product quality requirements for your business. Each business is unique in this aspect and we are flexible to accommodate any situation.
Ignite Distribution has two rules related to stocking levels:
1. Never let our customers run out of stock
2. Never over-stock our customers
Together we can identify a minimum stock level, and re-order when stock reaches that level. This is known as the "Re-Order Level".

Our Outside Sales Associates will conduct regular site visits to conduct inventory counts, place re-orders, and restock your shelves.
